By using PxlTshirt you accept these terms.

Service description

We turn your images into pixel-art t-shirts using AI.

• AI-powered pixel art generation
• Optional public showcase (opt-in)
• Pre-orders and paid orders via Stripe
• Email-based account identification

User obligations

Content ownership

You must have rights to the content you upload.

• Only upload images you own or are licensed to use
• Do not upload personal data of others without consent
• You grant us a license to process your upload for the service

Prohibited content

Keep the platform safe and legal.

• No copyrighted logos/brands without permission
• No hateful, illegal, or violent content
• No minors or non-consenting individuals
• No malicious code or exploits

Intellectual property

Your rights

You keep your rights; you give us a limited license to operate the service.

• Process and transform your uploads to provide the service
• Display your work in the public gallery only if you opt in
• Store generated and print-ready files for fulfillment

Generated content

Generated outputs may include artifacts; you are responsible for how you use them.

Licensing & usage

• Personal use by default
• Commercial use requires compliance with IP laws
• We may remove content that violates rights

Orders & payments

• Pre-orders are non-binding until confirmed
• Stripe processes payments; we do not store card data
• Taxes and duties may apply depending on destination
• Digital communication (email) is required for updates

Delivery & shipping

• Estimated timelines are provided at checkout
• Delays from carriers are outside our control
• We will share tracking if available

Returns & cancellations

Custom products are excluded from standard withdrawal where applicable. Contact support for issues.

Liability

• We are liable only for intent and gross negligence
• No liability for third-party service outages
• Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected

Governing law

German law applies where permitted; mandatory consumer protections remain.

Vouchers

Vouchers may be earned (e.g., creator rewards) and redeemed at checkout.

Earning

• Creator rewards may grant vouchers
• Promotions may issue time-limited codes

Redemption

• One voucher per order unless stated
• No cash payout; non-transferable
• Voucher value applies before taxes and shipping

Voucher tax treatment follows applicable VAT rules.
