Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw within 14 days unless excluded (custom goods).

How to withdraw

  1. Send us an email to hello@pxlshirt.com with your order details
  2. State you want to withdraw within 14 days of receipt
  3. We confirm receipt and next steps

Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized goods
  • Digital content after download when you consented to start immediately
  • Items with hygiene seal broken

Defective or wrong items

If something is wrong, we fix or replace.

  • Report damage or misprint with photos
  • Include order number and description

Report in 3 steps

  1. Email hello@pxlshirt.com with photos
  2. Describe the issue and when noticed
  3. Wait for return/replace instructions

Cancel before production

Before production

  • You can cancel before printing starts
  • We confirm cancellation by email

After production started

Once printing started, cancellation may not be possible for custom goods.

Refunds

Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days
  • We refund to the original payment method

Amounts

  • Product price and standard shipping if applicable
  • We may withhold value loss for handled/used items

Returns shipping

  1. Use provided return instructions
  2. Pack items safely and include order number
  3. Send tracking if available

Unannounced returns may be refused; always contact us first.

Digital content

By starting the download/generation you consent to performance; withdrawal can expire.

Warranty

  • Keep proof of purchase

Return conditions

  • Items must be in original condition unless defective
  • Include all accessories and packaging where possible
